在美国威曼高登锻造公司专业工程师的直接指导下，上海畅森管道精整加工基地完全按照美国工厂的技术和管理建造，引进了3000吨液压机，两台锯床，四台双头内磨机，两台外磨机，一台抛光机，四台起重机等行业内先进设备和流水线20通道超声波探伤仪等一流的检测设备，年设计加工能力20000吨。公司主要管理和技术人员均在美国威曼高登休斯顿工厂接受了实地培训和学习。目前上海加工基地拥有占地面积6000多平米的厂房， 2000多平米的仓库，3000多平米的综合办公区及员工宿舍，设备投资近3000多万人民币。下设生产部，行政部，质量部，物资部，财务部等部门，拥有各类技术、管理人才60余名。

Under the direct instructions of professional engineers of Wyman-Gordon Forgings Inc., Shanghai Changsen black pipe processing base was built completely by adopting the technologies and management of the American plant, and has introduced advanced equipment, including one straightening press of 3000T, two saws, four D/L IDGs, two ODGs ,one buffer , one UT machine, four bridge cranes and so on with the annual design and processing capacity up to 20000 tons. All of the main managers and technologists of the company have been trained and studied on the field at Wyman-Gordon’s plant in Houston of Texas. Currently, there is a factory building covering more than 6000 square meters, a warehouse covering more than 2000 square meters, a comprehensive office block and a dormitory area covering more than 3000 square meters in Shanghai processing base, and nearly more than 30 million Yuan has been invested on the equipment. The processing base has established the production department, the administration department, the quality department, the material department, the financial department and so on, which has more than 60 technical personnel and managing personnel.

根据项目交货进度的要求，由美国威曼高登公司将在休斯顿工厂锻造及热处理过后的钢管，直接发运到上海畅森工厂进行精整加工，主要精整加工工艺是将母管进行入厂尺寸检验、矫直矫圆、端部锯切、内磨外磨、抛光，超声波检验、机械性能试验、表面防腐涂漆和标记等。整个精整加工过程均处于冷加工状态，不影响钢管内在的任何品质。上海畅森精整加工的钢管，在通过工厂100%超声、化学、力学等测试后，由美国威曼高登公司进行最终检验，并对所有质量合格钢管由美国威曼高登公司直接出具热处理报告、材质证书及原产地报告，钢管质量由美国威曼高登公司100%负责。由上海畅森精整加工的钢管保证与在美国威曼高登公司休斯顿工厂精整加工的钢管，无论在工艺还是质量上完全一样。

Wyman-Gordon Forgings Inc. delivers pipes which has gone through forging and heat treatment processes in Houston Plant to Shanghai Changsen for processing according to the delivery schedule of the projects. The main process includes receiving inspection, straightening,  end cutting ,ID and OD grinding , buffing ,In-process Dimensional inspection , ultrasonic inspection ,alloy identity, final inspection, cleaning  , marking and so on. Throughout the processing course, the pipes are in cold machined status without affecting their quality. After the steel pipes finally finished by Shanghai Changsen are all tested ultrasonically, chemically and mechanically by the quality department, they are finally tested by Wyman-Gordon. Wyman-Gordon will issue the thermal treatment reports, the certificate of materials, and origin certificates to Shanghai Changsen, and is fully responsible for the quality of the steel pipes. The steel pipes finished by Shanghai Changshen processing base are ensured to be completely the same with those finished by Wyman-Gordon’s plant in Houston both in process and quality.

美国威曼高登公司通过对上海畅森进行严格的培训和质量认证审核，认定上海畅森的生产工艺和技术标准已完全达到美国威曼高登公司产品要求，符合ASTM等标准要求，并对上海畅森发放了美国威曼高登公司的钢管精整加工证书，目前上海畅森加工基地已完全纳入到美国威曼高登公司的生产管理体系，正在为各项目进行钢管精整加工，这将极大缩短交货周期，保证项目的顺利交货。

Wyman-Gordon Forgings Inc. confirms that Shanghai Changsen’s production process and technical standards have reached the requirement of Wyman-Gordon and met the requirements of such standards as ASTM through strict training and audit of quality certification. Wyman-Gordon has issued Wyman-Gordon’s black pipe processing certificate to Shanghai Changsen. Currently, Shanghai Changsen processing base has been completely included in the production management system of Wyman-Gordon, and is processing steel pipes for Chinese projects, thus significantly shortening the delivery cycle and ensuring the projects successful.
